In the spirit of the New Year and our wonderful community I want to launch a new project : Shoutboard Deviant.
The feature, based on the Deviousness award given monthly by DeviantART, it will feature a different deviant every month in my both my Shoutboard and in a custom box on my front page, as well as in a monthly article.
The deviant can be anybody and can be featured for any reason!
I have loads of ideas as to who to feature but i'm more interested in hearing what you have to say. I want this to be a community feature where everyone has a say and everyone has a chance. I don't want this to be a popularity contest.
So if you like what you hear and want to get involved note me at my main account Behana with your suggestions. If i get a fair number of notes i can't guarantee that i will feature your suggestion. But i hope that the February 2010 Shoutboard Deviant will be someone you feel deserves to be featured.
So get thinking and you never know it could be you!

Thank you!This journal is a massive thank you to those people who have made this Christmas/New Year period an amazing experience. I am forever astonished by the kindness of people on DA, their love of art and their dedication to the site. I've been a member for over six years now and I have never felt that the community spirit has been stronger. It's very special to see and be a part of so thank you. However, as I have mentioned there has been two things that has spurred me to writethis journal and I will go into them here to say a specific thank you to those people who made it possible.

Just a quick one to let you know about some cool happenings. I suggested a beautiful photomanipulation to Aeirmid (https://www.deviantart.com/aeirmid) yesterday and was over the moon to see it had been featured today!
A massive congratulations to Aelathen (https://www.deviantart.com/aelathen) on her first and very well deserved DD. She has such a phenomenal gallery that I was suprised she didn't have one already.

I longer spend as much time on DeviantART as I used to. As a result, I longer reply to favourites. I cannot apologize enough but I have such a backlog that it would take me years to get back to you all. Years that I hope to spend creating more art.
