Deviation Actions
“Future Stars” started on the 1st September 2007 after the announcement that The-Undiscovered project has been closed, but sometime in spring 2008 it disappeared into cyberspace.
But now in 2009, Iardacil (an ex-staff member at the club) and her friend Behana wanted to restart the article with a new format.
The aim of the article is the same; to give exposure for promising, talented and outstanding photomanipulators, who have under 20 000 pageviews.
The featured deviants are chosen for their skill, works, originality and variety.
Our sincere hope is that these fortnightly features combined with our words of encouragement will help some new photomanipulators catch some of the limelight, but also to remind everyone here on DA that in the world of photomanipulations there are no borders.
The only limit is your imagination.

kleanthis
When originality and outstanding personal style comes into play, then it is hard to find gallery like kleanthis's. His very powerful, unique colorschoice and unusual elements mark his own way of approaching photomanipulations on his own way.

annamajboroda
I have really grown to love the originality and style of annamajboroda's gallery. Each piece is wonderfully expressive but like no other artist's work i've seen before. Her use of muted colours and simple shapes conveys intense emotion rarely seen in other works. The beautiful simplicity will have you captivated.

simoneheld
The diversity of theme and stock use is what drew me to simoneheld's gallery. I love the many faceted gallery and the sensitive use of stock. Her determination to create something different pushes her work from good to better.

Amazing start to the New Year, thank you!
Thank you! This journal is a massive thank you to those people who have made this Christmas/New Year period an amazing experience. I am forever astonished by the kindness of people on DA, their love of art and their dedication to the site. I've been a member for over six years now and I have never felt that the community spirit has been stronger. It's very special to see and be a part of so thank you. However, as I have mentioned there has been two things that has spurred me to writethis journal and I will go into them here to say a specific thank you to those people who made it possible.
Firstly, I was the lucky recipient of a three month su
DD that I suggested
Just a quick one to let you know about some cool happenings. I suggested a beautiful photomanipulation to Aeirmid (https://www.deviantart.com/aeirmid) yesterday and was over the moon to see it had been featured today!
A massive congratulations to Aelathen (https://www.deviantart.com/aelathen) on her first and very well deserved DD. She has such a phenomenal gallery that I was suprised she didn't have one already.
Please go and give her and her shiny new DD some DevArt love!

Thank you
I longer spend as much time on DeviantART as I used to. As a result, I longer reply to favourites. I cannot apologize enough but I have such a backlog that it would take me years to get back to you all. Years that I hope to spend creating more art.
So instead, I am writing this message to say a Thank You.
Thank you for visiting my gallery, thank you for viewing my work, thank you for faving my art, commenting on it and watching me!
You are all amazingly, awesomely, brilliantly wonderful.
Have some cake. :cake:
